Maintaining a healthy gut is vital for overall well-being, as the gut plays a crucial role in digestion, nutrient absorption, and immune function. When our gut health is compromised, it can lead to a range of uncomfortable symptoms and potential health issues. Signs of Poor Gut Health:

Digestive Issues

Digestive problems are often one of the first signs of an imbalanced gut. These may include frequent bloating, gas, abdominal discomfort, constipation, or diarrhea.
